In other applications, like audio for in-house monitoring in control rooms or in-house audio
distribution a downmix can be routed an AES digital audio output. The same downmix output
can be routed simultaneously to an SDI embedded pair and an AES digital audio output.
Example of a configuration for a downmix output
1.
Instance 1 > Output > Output 9/10
2.
Set
Downmix -> 9/10
to On for a full time downmix from the DRC 9/10 output.
3.
There is also a downmix gain control in this menu.
When DRC Local 9/10 output is used for a fulltime downmix the DRC Local processor can still be
used for EAS, local emergency audio, or local program audio replacement of Program 1, OR
Program 2, OR Program 1 AND Program 2.
