shown on the front panel.

If set to ACCEPTED, unit will
respond to commands received
via the IR receiver on the front

SPDIF Out

LPCM Output
(Digital outputs
only)

If you are not using the AKURATE
CD’s digital audio outputs, set to
OFF.

If any of the AKURATE CD’s
digital outputs are connected to a
Linn AKURATE KONTROL
pre-amplifier, other external audio
decoder or other device, set to
RAW.

If you are recording to an external
digital source (e.g. DAT player),
set to LtRt PCM.

If any of the AKURATE CD’s
digital outputs are connected to a
Linn AKURATE KONTROL pre-
amplifier, or any other device
which accepts a sampling rate of
96 kHz, set to LPCM 96 k.

If the external device does not
accept a sampling rate of 96 kHz,
set to LPCM 48 k.

Notes:
Even when set to LPCM 96 k,
some discs will only output at the
lower rate of 48 kHz.

Audio signals from SACDs and
DVD-Audios are output as
analogue only. There is no output
for these disc types from the
digital connectors.
