9. Preparation
•
Check lubricant in bearing housing (see chapter "10.
Maintenance")
•
Check whether all safety devices are in place and all screws
have been tightened. Especially the cutting blade screws and the
screwed joints of the hydraulic lines must be checked.
10. Connection to the excavator
•
Screw the Stump Cutter on to the quick-change plate of the
excavator by means of the mounting plate and the 4 M12 screws
(see Fig. 2).
•
The hydraulic lines must be manufactured in accordance with the
corresponding lines of the base unit. The connection to the
excavator is made via quick couplings.
