 WARNING

Never exceed the vehicle manufacturer's recommended towing capacity.
The mounting channel is to be welded to a structure of sufficient strength 

to support the rated capacity of the lunette ring in accordance with SAE J847.
All welding must be performed by an AWS certified welder. It is the user's responsibility 

to ensure the mounting structure is capable of supporting the rated capacity.
Do not modify this lunette ring in any way. Unauthorized modification may impair the 

function and / or safety and could affect the life of the product and void the warranty.
Maintain adequate vertical down (tongue) load to have control of the 

trailer (generally 10%), but do not exceed the specified rated capacities.
Trailers and equipment are designed for on-road towing within the stated capacities. 

For off-road applications, reduce the capacities listed in the specifications table by 25%.
Keep safety chains in place and in working order. Never operate 

the product without the safety chains attached to vehicle.
This product is rated for use in the rise position only as shown. Do not use in the drop position.

 CAUTION

Check for damaged parts before each use. Carefully check that the product will operate 

properly and perform its intended function. Replace damaged or worn parts immediately. 

Never operate the product with a damaged part.

Maintenance

Inspect the unit for proper operation, and worn, damaged or missing parts. 

Replace as required or when the unit's wear exceeds 1/8" from the original surface.
Check the hardware torque specification after the first 

200 miles of towing and every 400 miles after that.

NOTICE

Before you begin installation, read all instructions thoroughly.
Proper tools will improve the quality of installation and reduce the time required.
To help prevent damage to the product or vehicle, refer to the specified 

torque specifications when securing hardware during the installation process.
