DANGER
Tighten / release saw belt
The saw blade is started immediately when the machine is started, if the drive belts are not released
beforehand. Danger for persons and objects located in the danger zone. The saw blade can be damaged.
After switching on the Floor saw tension the drive belts using the tensioning lever
When turning of the Floor saw (end of work), always release the drive belts via the tensioning
lever!
This way drive belts are preserved and the service live of the drive belts is increased.
Cutting with the Floor

Switch on machine using the ignition key (Pos. 3).
Move the machine upwards using control lever (Pos. 8).
Start the machine using the ignition key (Pos. 3).
Tension the drive belts using the tensioning lever.
Set motor speed using the control lever (Pos. 5) to full load.
Slowly connect the saw blade drive via the control lever (Pos. 4).
Lower the saw blade using the control lever (Pos.8) until the saw blade scratches the floor.
Set cutting depth indicator (Pos. 7) to "zero".
Lower the saw blade using the control lever (Pos.8) until the desired cutting depth is reached.
Initiate the forwards movement using the joystick (Pos. 9) and adapt the feed speed of the feed force.
WARNING
Lack of cooling water will destroy saw blade
If the saw blade is not supplied with sufficient cooling water, parts can break out and there is a danger of
overheating. Grinding dust is not sufficiently bound.
Ensure that saw blade cooling is guaranteed.
Dry cutting without water is prohibited!
Check for a straight cut to prevent bending the saw blade.
