Error search table
Danger!
The dirt water filter system the compressed air and the hydraulics must be depressurised prior to
maintenance or repair work. Measures have to be taken so that an inadvertent restarting by others is
not possible. Maintenance and service work may only be carried out by qualified technical personnel.

or only badly at
The ventilator does not rotate
at the specified speed
Check the hydraulic motor and the hydraulic valves
The suction line is in a bad
state, the hose or transitions
are leaky
Mainly concerns hoses, which are wedged or which have
an internal separation. Only use reinforced hoses, which
are resistant against negative pressure. Check transitions
and hose for tightness, if leaky, exchange them
The suction hose or the filter
is blocked
Clean the suction line.
Ensure that the filters are not clogged; exchange if
necessary.
Pressure loss during suction
Reduce the suction height reduce or the check line progress
The air valves are faulty in
their function
Check the air supply to the dry extraction
Check whether the air valves open and close, have them
repaired if necessary
Tube lines are clogged
Clean the tube lines
Check hoses for damages
Tighten if necessary or exchange the components
The dust extraction does suck, but it does not
convey
The filter cleaning does not
work
Check whether the solenoid valves for the cleaning are
working
The conveyor cycle causes
too much pressure loss
Check the installation. Avoid elbows at a right angle and
connections in T-form. Observe the maximum hose lengths.
Oil leakage from the motor
The hydraulics connection is
blocking
Ensure that the drain line does not have a counter pressure
Motor axis seal is worn
Exchange the hydraulic motor
