The symbol
marks the coldest part of the refrigerator where the temperature is +4°C or
below. It is located between the fruit and vegetable drawer lid and the upper shelf as shown in
the diagram below (grey shaded area).
•
To ensure that it stays at the correct temperature, make sure the removable shelves
surrounding it are installed next to the stickers.

COMPARTMENT
In a refrigerator, the temperature is not uniform (except for ventilated or stirred cold appliances),
which is why there are appropriate areas for each type of food. Please refer to the food storage
information below.
The coldest
zone
•
Always wrap food to prevent cross-contamination.
•
Wait for dishes (e.g. soup) to cool down completely before storing them in the refrigerator.
•
Never cover the shelves with paper or plastic sheets as this will disrupt the airfl ow.
•
Only put fresh food that has been washed and wrapped or put in appropriate containers
in the refrigerator.
•
To prevent the refrigerator temperature rising, do not open the door more often than
necessary and never leave it open for long periods.
•
Do not overfi ll the appliance and arrange the food so that air can circulate freely around it.
Food must never come into contact with the rear wall of the appliance.
