The refrigerator isn’t working
•
Check for a power failure.
•
Make sure that the appliance’s plug is plugged into a working electrical outlet.
•
Check the condition of the protection fuse.
The refrigerator is getting too cold
•
The thermostat may be set to a value that is too high.
The refrigerator is not getting cold enough
•
The food may be packed in too tightly and blocking the proper circulation of cold
air.
•
You may have put hot food or a large amount of food in the refrigerator.
•
The door may not be closed properly.
•
The door’s seals may be damaged.
•
The refrigerator may not be properly ventilated.
•
The space between the refrigerator and the side walls or above it may be insufficient.
•
The thermostat may not be set correctly.
You hear the sound of running water
•
That’s the sound of the refrigerant flowing. It is not a malfunction.
The side walls are getting warm
•
The side walls get warm when the door is opened or closed frequently, when the
appliance is plugged in or running in summer with a high room temperature. In this
case, do not touch the walls. This is due to heat dissipating from the refrigerator
and is not a sign of malfunction.
The interior lighting is not working
•
Do not attempt to replace the bulb yourself. Contact your retailer’s after-sales
department.
