Use a pair of flush cutters to cut all fluorescent yellow cable ties holding the handlebar to
the frame and a pair of scissors to remove all the protective foam.

NOTE: WE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO HAVE A SECOND PERSON
PLACE HIS/HER HAND UNDER HEADSET TO ENSURE COMPONENTS DO
NOT FALL DURING ASSEMBLY.
Use a 6mm Allen wrench and a 13mm open-end wrench to remove the handlebar riser
clamp hardware to install handlebars.
