ENERAL
The FPU-32 is a feeder protection relay that provides
integrated protection, metering, and data-logging
functions. The FPU-32 can be programmed using the
front-panel operator interface, the TIA-232 port, or an
optional communications network.

OMMUNICATIONS
The
standard
communications interface is a TIA-232
port using the Modbus
RTU protocol. In addition to the
standard interface, network communications options
include TIA-485 with both Modbus
RTU and A-B
DF1
protocols, DeviceNet
TM
, and an IEEE 802.3 port with
Modbus
TCP Ethernet protocol.
