Carbon Filter
The Litter-Robot comes equipped with a flexible carbon
filter pad for absorbing odors in the drawer. The carbon
filter can be easily removed and replaced when cleaning
the drawer. The carbon filter is not required and
replacement frequency is based on personal preference,
however one filter should last a few months under

seal which helps to contain odors within the

Money Back Guarantee and Warranty
If you or your cat are not completely satisfied with the
Litter-Robot, just return the unit to us within 90 days for
a full refund of purchase price. Please note that you are
responsible for return shipping cost.
Please note that if you have purchased your
Litter-Robot through a source other than
Automated Pet Care Products, Inc., you must
coordinate the return with that source and
according to their product return policy.

number. Shipments without an RMA number cannot be
accepted. Please also refer to the Return Instructions

Please make sure the Litter-Robot is cleaned and
carefully packaged (the original packing materials are
best) in order to avoid damage in shipment. The Return
Instructions insert shows a packaging diagram for the
Litter-Robot.
Warranty
Your Litter-Robot is covered by a full warranty for 18
months, starting from the date of shipment regardless of
where purchased. This warranty covers all parts, labor,
and shipping costs within the lower 48 states.
Customers in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico as well as
APO, FPO, and international shipments may incur
additional shipping costs.
