Pressure test of work hydraulic system
1. Working pump adjustment: setting method
for pressure of flow control valve 1:
a. Loosen the hexagon nut 6 with open-end
wrench (13mm);
b. Set the adjusting screw rod 5 of flow con-
trol valve with inner hexagon spanner
(3mm). It is turned up in clockwise and
turned down in counterclockwise.
2. Setting method for pressure of pressure shut-
off valve 2:
a. Loosen the hexagon nut 3 with open-end
wrench (13mm);
b. Set the adjusting screw rod 4 of pressure
compensation valve with inner hexagon
spanner (3mm). It is turned up in clockwise
and turned down in counterclockwise.
1. Setting method for pressure of overload
valve of bucket big cavity:
a. Remove the plastic protective sleeve
installed outside of overload valve, and
loosen locknut with wrench;
b. Set the screw rod of overload valve with
inner hexagon spanner. It is turned up in
clockwise and turned down in counter-
clockwise.
The setting method of overload valve of boom
big cavity, overload valve of boom small cavity,
overload valve of bucket small cavity, main
safety valve of control valve is as above.
