Commissioning
Adjust the pressure of test system to make the
tested hydraulic cylinder start without load condi-
tion and conduct full stroke reciprocating motion
for more than 3 times to bleed the air from the
hydraulic cylinder.
The hydraulic cylinder operates smoothly with-
out being stuck.
Pressure tight
test
Stop the tested hydraulic cylinder piston at both
ends of stroke respectively (single-acting hydrau-
lic cylinder stopped at the limit position of stroke),
then apply 1.5 times rated pressure of oil to the
working chamber and keep for 10s.
External leakage and damaged parts are not
allowed.
Internal leakage
test
Supply oil to the working chamber of tested
hydraulic cylinder, then increase the pressure to
the working pressure, measure the oil leakage at
port of small cavity for 2min.

Stroke test
Stop the tested hydraulic cylinder piston at the
limit positions at both ends of stroke respectively,
then measure its stroke length.
