GETTING STARTED – FORMATTING THE USB STICK

1)  Insert the provided LIVESTRONG.COM USB stick into 

your console’s USB port.

2)  Wait until the console detects the USB and makes a 

single beep.

3)  Pull it out of the console and you’re ready to go!

NOTE: Performing a software update will delete all previously 
saved information, so make sure to save all workouts to your USB 
before initiating the software update.

UPLOADING THE SOFTWARE UPDATE TO YOUR FITNESS 
EQUIPMENT 

Note: Make sure you have visited the software update page listed 
above and have the latest software on your USB prior to moving 
to this step. 

1)  Turn the power switch to the ON position (Power switch is 

located next to the power cord).

2)  Remove the USB protective cover, insert the USB stick and 

safety key.

3)  Select “SOFTWARE UPDATE” using any + / – on the 

programming button. Press enter to confirm.

4)  Remove the safety key. Press enter to confirm. 

NOTE: The transfer may take up to 5 seconds to complete. 
Do not remove the USB stick while software is downloading.

5)  After the console confirms “UPDATE COMPLETE,” press 

enter. Once console displays “SELECT USER,” it is safe to 
remove the USB stick and replace the USB protective cover.

PROGRAM INFORMATION

P15-P16) CUSTOM 1 AND 2

: Lets you create and reuse a perfect workout for you with specific speed, incline and time 

combination. The ultimate in personal programming. Time-based goal.

1)  Select CUSTOM 1 or 2 using 

 and press ENTER.

2)  Select WEIGHT using 

 and press ENTER.

3)  Select TIME using 

 and press ENTER.

4)  Select SPEED for segments 1 through 15 using 

 and press ENTER to set each segment.

5)  Select INCLINE for segments 1 through 15 using 

 and press ENTER to set each segment.

6)  Press START to begin exercising. At this time, your program has been successfully saved into memory and can be used for 

future workouts.
NOTES: 

• While using your saved program, you are able to adjust the speed or incline, but any changes will not be saved. 

• To reset the memory, press and hold ENTER for 5 seconds.
