Troubleshooting 

If the device does not work properly, check whether you are able to 

rectify the problem yourself. If the problem cannot be solved with the 

steps that are listed, then you may need to contact an authorized 

appliance service centre. 

Do not attempt to repair a defective electrical device 

yourself!

There is too much force or weight on the device (this

may cause the massage motors to jam)

No heat is 

produced. 

Has the heat function (

Wait for 2 – 5 minutes for the heat to transfer

The 

device 

gets too 

warm. 

Was it in operation several times in succession for 15

minutes? A maximum of 2 successive massage

cycles should be applied.  Remove the mains power

adapter from the socket outlet and allow the device to

cool down. Always disconnect the device from the

mains supply when it is not in use.

The 

device 

makes 

noises. 

Operating noises are normal as the massager

incorporates mechanically driven parts. mechanics

and not a defect.

Smoke 

emitted. 

Pull the mains power adapter out of the socket outlet

immediately and contact the customer service

department.
