Troubleshooting
lf the device does not work properly, first check whether you are able to rectify the
problem yourself. lf the problem cannot be solved with the steps listed, contact the
customer service department.
Do not attempt to repair an electrical device yourself!

The device is not supplied
with power.
Plug in power adaptor and Switch
On socket outlet. If still no power,
Check the socket outlet has power
supplied by checking with another
appliance such as a table lamp. If
no power to the socket outlet, call
an electrician or use an alternative
socket outlet.
The on / off button on the
controller (9) has not been
pressed (correctly).
Press the on / off button again.
All massage zones are
deactivated.
Press the relevant button for a
massage zone to activate it. The
associated LEDs will illuminate.
Product
turns off
during
use.
Power supply cable has been
inadvertently pulled out
Check connections and supply are
fully inserted
The appliance has an auto
off function which activates
after approx. 15 minutes of
use.
Switch the unit back on. Note, it
is recommended not to use the
massager for more than 2
consecutive cycles without a 30
minute rest period.
