The device must always be disconnected from the mains power when left
unattended and before cleaning it.
Check the device for damage each time before you use it. The device may only
be used if the device and connecting cable have no visible signs of damage! If
the device or the connecting cable are damaged, they must be replaced by the
manufacturer, customer service department or a specialist workshop in order to
avoid any hazards.
Follow the instructions in the "Cleaning and Storage" section!
Dangers for the Following Types of People
The following people may use the device only after consultation with their doctor:
people who wear a pacemaker or similar medical implants;
people with heart disease or who suffer from epilepsy;
people who have back complaints or spinal disorders;
people who suffer from osteomyelitis, bone inflammation (in
particular if the spinal column is damaged) or from osteoporosis;
women who are pregnant or have just given birth;
people who suffer from circulation problems or thrombosis;
people who have undergone an operation for which the treatment
is not yet complete;
people with physical abnormalities;
people who have a malignant tumour.
lf you are unsure whether the device may be used, consult a medical doctor.
Do not use the device on swelling or sore areas of skin.
