Secure power cords connection or replace power cords.

Circuit-protection activated, possibly caused by short circuit

1. Check the integrity of cords and wire connection. 

Replace damaged cords and secure connection. 

2. The power transformer could be damaged. Replace 

power transformer.

Green light on power transformer is on, motors not 

working when pressing buttons on switch

1. Loose connection between motors and DC socket 

Check and secure connection

2. Switch failure (when happened to all motors of one same side 

only)

Replace switch

3. Motor failure (when happened to one certain function while 

other functions work fine)

Motor cannot be retracted after being reclined/raised

1. Power connection to motor came loose during movement
