Bowl and motor base are not
screwed tight
Screw the bowl tight on the motor
base
There is odour for the first several
times of application
Normal situation for the first
application of the chopper
Should there still be odour after
multiple times of applications,
send the chopper to the nearest
maintenance point for inspection
Abrupt pause of work in
application
The motor is overheated and the
temperature control protection
stops working
Cool for 20-30 minutes before
application
Abnormal vibration or too much
noise
Confirm whether bowl and blade
holder are not screwed tight
enough
Confirm whether the food is too
much
Turn off the power and take out
the surplus food
Blade/motor is stuck
Blade is stuck by the food
Turn off the power, take out the
food and cut it into smaller slices
