Use of the device
1. Connect the power adapter to the power input (6) and a wall outlet.
2. You can use the device to massage your feet or back with its eight rotating heads:
•
Foot massage
Zip the foot cover (1) onto the massage cushion (3). Sit down in a comfortable chair and place your feet
into the foot cover. Do not stand up during the massage.
•
Back massage
Unzip the foot cover (1). Sit down in a chair and place the massager on the part of your back that needs
the massage.
3. Press the Power button (5) to turn on the massager.
4. Press the Heat button (4) to turn on heat during the massage. Press again to turn off the heat.
5. The massager turns off automatically after 15 minutes. Press the Power button to turn it off sooner.
Disconnect the power adapter after use.
