COMMON TROUBLE SHOOTING
- I can’t synchronize the data.
Verify the Bluetooth® connection is running.
- Bluetooth® doesn’t work occasionally.
Try again to active the Bluetooth® connection (refer to paragraph 6).
Restart the bracelet and you phone.
- How to do a restore factory settings ?
In the application menu, click on “Restore Factory Settings”.
- How to test heart rate punctually ?
Wear the bracelet tightly on your wrist, and keep static for a while.
- I want to use the bracelet, the earphones and my phone in same time but it doesn’t works.
This configuration is not possible, only 1 Bluetooth® connection can be made in same time.
