Use the TENS Digital Pain Reliever machine for at least 30 minutes a day, however, you
may need to wear it for longer to initially ease your pain. If you wear the TENS Digital
Pain Reliever for longer periods then check your skin where the gel pads have been placed
to ensure your skin does not become sore.
