The recommended procedure in this mode is:
•
At fixed time intervals, print reports from supervisor's menu.
•
Clear reports.
•
Clear product and reject counts.
8.1.2.1 Operator's Menu
The following is displayed from the operator's menu:

Exit
Selecting "Print" will result in a display as follows:
Set up printer or PC
on port A <SELECT>
Press SELECT if the printer is connected and switched on.
8.1.2.2 Supervisor's Menu
Moving the cursor to 'R' on the supervisor's menu will result in a display as follows:

Print Report
Selecting "Print report" will result in a display as follows:
Set up printer or PC
on port A <SELECT>
Press SELECT if the printer is connected and switched on. When printing is
complete, the supervisor will be presented with the following display:
Print report
Clear records? No
The key should be pressed to give the message "Clear records? Yes" and the
SELECT key pressed. The product and reject counts should then be cleared by
moving the cursor to the 'C' option, which will result in the following display:
