CLEANING & STORING
• Always unplug the fryer base from the outlet
before cleaning. Electric shock can result in
personal injury or death.
• Never place the fryer base under running
water or immerse in water.
WARNING
• Make sure the fryer is unplugged and that all
components are before cleaning.
• Clean all components by hand only. Do not place
any components in a dishwasher.
• It is recommended that the fryer be cleaned prior
to each use.
• Never pour used oil down a sink drain. Return
used oil to original or other suitable container for
reuse or disposal.
• Clean the lid, basket, lifting hook and cooking pot
with mild detergent and warm water. Rinse and
dry thoroughly.
• Wipe the fryer base clean with a damp cloth or
sponge and a mild detergent and dry thoroughly.
Do not place fryer base under running water or
immerse in water.
Integrated Cord Storage
When storing your fryer, wrap the power cord
beneath the fryer base in the cord slots as
illustrated below.
