Your Crazy Good Turkey Fryer’s
patent-pending Twist & Drain

TM

feature enables hands-free
draining of boiled, steamed and
fried foods.

Simply lift the basket of food from the cooking pot
using the lifting hook, rotate the basket 90 degrees
and rest the basket in the recessed areas of the
cooking pot.

No mess and no need to hold a heavy basket of
food while it drains. Excess water or oil will drain
back into the cooking pot.

NOTE:

For best results, make sure the appliance has reached

the required cooking temperature before boiling or frying food.
Keep the lid on the pot while preheating AND while cooking to
reduce heating time and keep temperature consistent.

1.  Fill your cooking pot to

the MAX

fi

 ll line with

water.

2.  Place the food to be

boiled into the basket and
place the basket into the
cooking pot to ensure that food is completely
submerged in water.

3.  If some food is above the water level, reduce

the amount of food in the basket until it is below
the water level.

Do not add more water to cover the food. For

smaller amounts of food, you can boil with the
water level below the MAX

fi

 ll line, providing that

the food is still completely submerged in water.

4.  Once the proper water level is achieved,

remove the basket of food from the cooking pot,
place the lid on and start the appliance to begin
heating the water as indicated in the “Touch-
Screen Controls” section.

5.  When water has achieved boiling temperature,

remove lid and slowly lower the basket of food
into the water using the provided lifting hook,
then replace the lid.

6.  Boiling time will vary depending on the type

of food being boiled. Refer to food packaging
instructions for speci

fi

 c boiling times.

7.  After boiling time has elapsed, remove the lid

and use the lifting hook to remove the basket of
food from the pot.

8.  Utilize the Twist & Drain

TM

 feature to allow

excess water to drain from the basket back into
the pot.

9. When

fi

 nished, press the

Pour

 button to be

alerted when the water is cool enough to be
safely poured from the pot, as described in the

  “Touch-Screen Controls” section.
