Outdoor Cooking Specialty Gas Appliance

This appliance is not for frying turkeys.

The stand and ignition panel do not contain 

mandatory safety features required to fry 

a turkey. The 30 quart pot provided is only 

intended for heating water, not oil or grease, 

when used with this kit.

• Never operate this appliance 

unattended.

• Never operate this appliance within 10 ft
  (3.0 m) of any structure, combustible 

material or other gas cylinder.

• Never operate this appliance within 25 ft 

(7.5 m) of any

• Do not over

 ll cooking pot.

• Never allow oil or grease to get hotter 

than 400ºF or 204ºC. If the temperature 
exceeds 400ºF (204ºC) or if oil begins to 
smoke, immediately turn the burner or 
gas supply OFF.

• Heated liquids remain at scalding 

temperatures long after the cooking 
process. Never touch cooking appliance 
until liquids have cooled to 115ºF (46ºC) 
or less.

the appliance and immediately call

 re department. Do not attempt 

to extinguish an oil or grease
