Internet update
The database in the remote control can be updated by PC via the Internet.
Open the cover on the bottom of the remote control.
Plug the small plug of the USB cable
provided into the USB socket of the
remote control. Plug the other end of
the USB cable into a free USB port of
your computer.
You can register your Loewe product
through the Loewe Support Portal and
then conveniently download software
updates and the current operating
manuals in PDF format.

In the Internet browser of your
computer, enter the address:
www.loewe.de/support

If you still do not have independent access to the Loewe Support Portal,
set it up now. Click on
Registration
. Fill out the information for your ac-
count and then click on
Create account
. Please check whether all data
is correct and then click on
Create account now
. Shortly thereafter, you
receive an email at the already specified address. Click on the link given
above to confirm your registration. After successful registration, you will
receive an email for confirmation.

Enter your
Email address
and a
Password
under
Access to your
account.

Click on
Register Loewe product
and enter the queried data for your
remote control
Assist Multi-Control
art. no. .89900A09.
After successful registration, click on
Database Update
.
Select the
Update Software
button when you only wish to update the
software of the remote control.
To update the integrated database (page 18) select the required
mode
and
manufacturer
from the list and enter the STB name or the designation of the
STB remote control in the
model
line. Click on
Start search
. Select the re-
quired unit with
Download
in the list of units found. A window will then open.

Click on
Download
and answer any prompts with yes. The Internet browser
then downloads the update program.
