Cleaning & Care:

Regularly clean your smoker grill between uses and especially after extended periods of
storage.

Appliance maintenance checks should be carried out at least once a month.

Allow the grill to cool completely. Ensure that the fuel has completely cooled down before
attempting to remove the ash.

Empty and then re-attach the ash collection bowl.
•
Wash the racks with hot water and detergent.

Wipe the appliance with a damp cloth. Fat splashes can be removed with a mild cleaning
agent.
