6. Stay still. The reading will settle. The reading will blink. Your
confirmed weight will be shown.
• To measure body fat, body water and muscle mass
you have to stand bare foot on the measuring
points on the scale where the electrodes are
located.
• Your feet must be dry and free of any skin lotions
or moisturizers.
• Stand on the scale with straight legs and without
bending your knees.
• Ensure that your knees do not touch each other.
4. Press
to select your personal data record. The display
will show last measure data. Wait for the display to show
“0.0kg”.

5. Step onto the scales, placing your bare feet on each
electrode so your weight is distributed evenly.

7. Remain standing on the scales. The measurement of body fat percentage (FAT %),
muscle mass percentage (MUS %), body water percentage (TBW %) and bone
mass percentage (BON %), will then start, as well as the calculation of the calorie
(Kcal) requirement, and body mass index (BMI).
The scales will then display in the following sequence.
If the weight on the scales exceeds the maximum
supported (180 kg / 396 lb / 28.5 st), the display will
show “Err”.
8. The values will be displayed in a sequence of 3 cycles, after which the unit will
switch off automatically.
The sum of the values for body fat, body water and muscle mass can amount to more
than 100%. This is possible because body fat and muscle mass also contain water,
which is taken into account in the measurement of body water. This does not constitute
an incorrect measurement.
