Hard buttons

on your remote are all of the buttons that are not on

the screen. Most of these buttons can be changed to work the way you want
them to.

For example you may not use the Record button on your remote and would
rather have the Aspect command appear in its place. You can change this in
your Harmony Remote Software account.

Soft buttons

are all of the buttons on your Harmony 900 screen.

Most of these buttons can be changed to work the way you want them to.

For example, you may want to rename a button or put the buttons in
a different order so they appear they way you use them most. This can be
changed in your Harmony Remote Software account.

Changing the buttons in an Activity does not affect the way they work in
device mode or vice versa. You can customize the buttons in both modes if
you want the changes to work in both Activity mode and device mode.
