SYMPTOMS AND SIGNS

Forks move up and down with pump strokes 

The stacker does not lift to maximum height  

The load is difficult to pump with the handle in its normal position  

 

The forks do not lift quickly when the handle is in its Quick position  

Forks cannot be lowered 

The forks sink after they have been raised

The forks cannot be raised by repeated pumping attempts 

Forks do not raise at the first pump stroke, or   

the pump do not operate in the whole pump stroke

Pump does not react when changing over the release lever (sluggishness)  

Forks cannot be lowered completely 

Forks do not lift horizontally

The stacker is unable to lift 1000 kg to top position
