CHARGING YOUR BATTERIES
Charging is important for the batteries, and the off-board charger provided by us can simply
and quickly charge the batteries of this mobility scooter.
Note: If the scooter can’t be unfolded as the battery has been depleted, connect the charger
to a standby power port and press the power switch to “II” (see 3 fig. 5), then the scooter
can be unfolded.
WARNING! You must charge your scooter’s battery with the supplied
off-board battery charger. Do not use an automotive-type battery charger.
CHARGING YOUR BATTERIES WITH THE OFF-BOARD
CHARGER:
• Make sure the scooter is powered off.
• Plug the output connector of the off-board charger into the 3-pin charger power
socket.(see fig.6)
• Plug the input connector of the off-board charger into the electrical wall outlet.(220V)
• When the red light on the charger turns on this indicates that the Scooter is charging.
• When charging is nearly finished, the green light turns on. You should continue to
charge the batteries for 1 to 2 hours.
• It’s suggested to charge the batteries for 6 to 8 hours.
• Please unplug the power cord and charger when the battery is fully charged.
NEW BATTERY USE
To break-in new batteries for maximum efficiency, please follow the notes below:
• 1. Fully charge any new battery prior to its initial use. This brings the battery up to
about 90% of its peak performance level;
• 2. After 4 to 5 charging cycles, the battery will top off at 100% charge and last for an
extended period.
• 3. If the battery of your scooter needs to be replaced, please purchase the battery with
the following specification:
