6. Maintenance

Your Power lift chair will require routine maintenance inspections. You can 

perform some of these checks, but others may require assistance from an 

authorized Dealer. Repairs and replacements may only be undertaken by 

trained persons and only genuine replacement parts of should be used.

By following the maintenance inspections in this section as scheduled, you can 

help ensure your power lift chair gives you years of trouble-free operation. If 

you have any questions about your power lift chair’s care, contact your 

authorized Dealer.

Before each use, inspect the following points:

•   All parts: Clean, present, and undamaged or unworn.

•   Wheels, backrest: Well secured.

• General condition: No deformation, instability, weakness, or loose 

connections.

Contact your specialist dealer for possible repairs or part replacements.

Fabric care 

•  Inspect the fabric regularly for any pulls, tears or gaps.

•  Frequent vacuuming and brushing lightly to remove dust and grime is the 

recommended cleaning method for your power lift chair.

Electronics care

•  Inspect all wiring harnesses to make sure they are not damaged or frayed.

• If there is damage, please unplug the power lift chair and contact your 

authorized Dealer for service.

•  Keep all electronic products free from extreme moisture and temperature.
