Hydraulic connection
10.1
Return riser (mandatory)
The ideal return temperature at the boiler's inlet is 60°C. The return temperature must exceed
55°C, otherwise a build up of soot and tar can develop (resulting in corrosion). The return riser
should be installed as close to the boiler as possible, so that the mixed temperature at the mixing
valve corresponds to the return temperature at the boiler.
The reflux hold-up pump
must
be connected to the boiler control.
In PNA systems a 1“ return manifold with a DN25 Ventil
valve and a pump with at least a power
performance of 25-60 or an equivalent high-efficiency pump must be used! Otherwise problems
may develop in terms of heat dissipation.
If fitting a fixed value-return riser (eg Thermovar) an operating temperature of 55 ° C must be
used.
Before being operated the hydraulic system must be filled with water. The system-specific operat-
ing pressure lies between 1.0 bar and max. 2.0 bar.
It is no problem to apply a high-efficiency pump thanks to a relay exit on the board
