Code
A trace code of up to 15 alphanumeric characters can be manually entered via
a pop-up keyboard which is displayed when the field is selected. A code can
also be entered or edited directly on the
Main Run
screen.
Once you have entered or selected all of the required parameter values and options, tap on the Back
button
to display the Save Settings pop-up screen. Then tap on the green tick 'OK' button to save
the changes and close the screen.
Shift Log
Purpose
The Shift Log contains a record of completed shift information and is useful for monitoring and
analysing shift reject rates per product so that improvements may be made to reduce production
costs.
Select the Shift Log option in the
Logs/Reports
screen to display the Shift Log screen.
Screen Contents
The screen displays a list of shift information under the following column headings:
Date
– Displays the report date.
Time
– Displays the report time.
Accepts
– Displays the number of accepted products during the shift, available if the
Product Registration PEC is fitted to the conveyor.
Rejects
– Displays the number of rejected products during the shift.
The log can hold up to 20 system fault records. If this number is exceeded and the log has not been
sent as a report, then the oldest record is deleted to provide space for a new record.
PVS Log
Purpose
The Performance Validation System (PVS) Log contains a record of completed in-line sensitivity
testing activity.
Before you can use the PVS feature it must first be enabled in the User Options screen. Then tap on
the PVS icon in the System Settings screen to display the PVS Setup screen and make the required
selections. See
