The User Interface
91
Selecting an account displays a pop-up ‘Enter Password’ numeric keypad so that you can enter
the appropriate password for that account.
The same functionality is provided if you wish to change from your currently logged in access
level to a higher access level. If your User Account has access to the higher level anyway, then
the User Accounts screen is not displayed.
If you wish to change from your currently logged in access level to a lower access level then the
User Accounts screen is not displayed as you will automatically have access to a lower level
anyway.
User Accounts
Purpose
The User Accounts screen is displayed when an access level is selected in the Select access level
screen.
It provides a list of accounts that have access rights to the selected access level as follows:
■
Level 4 User Accounts will always be included in the list as they have access to all levels.
■
Level 3 User Accounts will be included in the list if a level 3, 2 or 1 access level is selected.
■
Level 2 User Accounts will be included in the list if a level 2 or 1 access level is selected.
■
Level 1 User Accounts will be included in the list if a level 1 access level is selected.
Screen Contents
The screen contains a list of User Accounts that can be used to log on at the selected access level.
Selecting a User Account in the list displays either a pop-up numeric keypad or keyboard, depending
on the Password character option selected in the
User Options
screen.
Then enter the password for the selected User Account to log into the system under that account.
User Accounts are managed through the User Accounts Setup screen which is accessed by tapping
on the Users icon in the System Settings screen.
