Log and Report Output Options
When each log or report screen is displayed a number of options for outputting the report are
available.
A number of icons are displayed at the bottom of the screen as shown in the example Batch Log
screen above, providing options for outputting the Log or Report details format by tapping on them.
These are described in the table below.
The icons displayed will vary depending on the Log or Report type selected.
This is known as the “Back“ button, and tapping it will take you back one screen to
the Logs/Reports screen.
This icon is displayed if a USB stick has been inserted into the USB connection
provided on the side of the search head.
Tapping on the icon downloads the log or report to the USB stick as a ".csv" file that
can be opened in Microsoft Excel. The log is not cleared by this action. If there are
reports saved on the SD card, these will be transferred to the USB stick and deleted
from the SD card.
The folder hierarchy recorded on the USB stick is as follows:
For Logs:
LomaIQ3/<MACHINE_ID>/Logs/LogName/<files> stored under date/time filenames.
For Reports:
LomaIQ3/<MACHINE_ID>/Reports/ReportName/<files> stored under date/time
filenames.
Further files as they are downloaded are added to the existing folder. The log can
hold up to 20 records. If the log exceeds 20, then the oldest is deleted and replaced.
The log consists of the following information:
-
Date:
Report date.
-
Time:
Report time.
-
Number:
Product number.
-
Trace Code:
Traceability code assigned to the batch (if enabled in the Batch
Control menu).
