Max limit lock
Once the Max limit value for the product signal has been entered the value can be locked
to prevent an automatic change during a re-Learn process.
Tap in the option check box to select it.
o
Adjustment
This field is used to set a percentage by which the product signal threshold may be
changed.
Tap in the Adjustment field to display the pop-up numeric keypad screen and enter the
adjustment percentage value to be used.
o
Number of packs
This field is used to set the number of packs to be included in the Tracker calculations.
The range is 1 – 100, where 100 provides the finest control. The default value is 10.
Tap in the Number of packs field to display the pop-up numeric keypad screen and enter
the required number of packs to be used.
Batch Reset
Purpose
The Batch Reset pop-up screen is displayed when you tap on either the red or green panels located
in the top right hand side of the main Run screen which show the product pass and reject totals for
the current batch.
It is used to reset the batch totals to zero so that a new batch of the product may be inspected.
Details for the current batch are automatically saved into the
Batch Log
for later viewing and analysis
when the batch totals are reset.
If the Traceability code option has been enabled in the Batch Control screen, on resetting the batch
totals the pop-up keyboard screen is displayed to enable a new Trace code to be entered for use with
the new batch.
Screen Contents
The screen contains the following contents for displaying information and providing navigation to other
screens:

Tick (OK)
Choosing this option resets the total number of passed and rejected products to zero.
■
X (Close)
Choosing this option cancels the operation and the pass and reject totals are left unchanged.
