ISC LIMITS

Description:

This menu gives access to the maximum and minimum threshold limits that can be adopted by the
system when running ISC, as well as the ISC initialisation command. See Principles of Operation
section for more details.

Press the [ENTER] key to move into this menu.

Minimum Threshold:

This sets the minimum allowable threshold that ISC can adopt, and should be chosen such that the
sensitivity is maximised whilst reducing the false reject rate to an acceptable level.

Scope:

Default:

100 to maximum threshold.

500

Maximum Threshold:

This sets the maximum allowable threshold that ISC can adopt, and thereby the minimum sensitivity
level that ISC can adopt. It should therefore be set to a level which guarantees a minimum acceptable
level of sensitivity under all operating conditions.

Scope:

Default:

Minimum threshold to 49990.

2000

ISC GO:

Press the [ENTER] key at this command to initialise the ISC system. During this initialise period the
conveyor should be running, but with no packs passing. ISC initialisation should be carried out if the
