patents/ Therefore, in the case of purchase, use, or sale of a counterfeit product, we
reserve the right to take any action we deem appropriate to stop the infringement of our
rights and obtain compensation for the harm suffered as defined in Articles L613-3 to L613-
6, L615-14 and L716-9.

and their use entails the cancellation of all LOOK guarantees on a LOOK compliant
product used with counterfeit products. It also entails the cancellation of all accidental,
material, moral, civil and physical liabilities on the part of LOOK CYCLE INTERNATIONAL.
The sale of products on exotic sites is likely to involve fake products.
