Meaning:
MIDI Bypass
This function can be assigned to a front panel button. This
function toggles MIDI processing on and off. When MIDI is
bypassed, the LP1 will no longer respond to MIDI input and will
instead pass all MIDI input to the MIDI output. It is important to
use a front panel button for this function since
all
MIDI data is
ignored when bypassed.
Use Preset (n)
Use volume preset n (n=0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9). A volume preset sets
the volumes, pans, and feedback for all tracks to a level
previously remembered. Volume preset 0 is loaded when the LP1
is first turned on.
Pan Center
Pans current track(s) to center (equal volume setting for both left
and right).
Fade/Swell
When the volume of a track is at its normal level, this function
will slowly lower the volume of the track to fade it out. Fade
actually alters the track volume to fade the track. If the track
volume is at its faded level, then this function cause the track to
slowly increase in volume until it returns to its original volume
before the fade.
Fade
Only fades a track as described in the Fade/Swell function
Swell
Only swells a track as described in the Fade/Swell function.
Copy
Creates a copy of the current track in an empty track. It will
always copy to the highest numbered track that is currently
empty.
Undo
Activating undo will remove the last overdub recorded in the
LP1. Pressing undo a second time (redo) will bring the last
overdub back. Undo will only work if the last overdub was done
on a track shorter than 30 seconds. Also, undo data will be erased
when a track is recorded or bounced to.
