 When the child seat is not in use, it is recommended that is fastened into the car with a seat belt 

to avoid it being thrown about in the event of an accident.

 In an emergency your child can be released quickly by pressing the red button on the seat belt 

buckle.

 Store this child seat in a safe place when it is not being used. Avoid placing heavy object on top 

of it.

23.

 If you travel with passengers using both the front and rear passenger seats, the lighter 

occupants should be in the rear and the heavier occupants in the front of the vehicle.

 Do not allow your child seat to come into contact with corrosive substances e.g. Battery acid.

WARNING!

 Do not use any load bearing contact points other than those described in the 

instructions and marked on the child restraint. Ensure the vehicle seat buckle is not positioned in or 
in front of the specified (labelled) belt guide of the child restraint system.

Step 1.

 Place the child car seat booster cushion on the passenger seat ensuring it is firmly against 

the vehicle seat.

Step 2.

 Sit your child on the booster cushion with the child’s back against the backrest. Place the 

seat belt around child positioning the lap section of the safety belt under both armrests. Insert the 
buckle tongue in the belt buckle and pull the lap belt tight, ensuring the belt is worn low down so that 
the child is fully engaged. Thread the diagonal belt over the armrest on the buckle side only. Pull the 
Diagonal belt tight.

Step 3.

 To release your child from the booster cushion, simply release the belt buckle and carefully 

remove your child from the booster cushion. When the booster cushion is not in use always secure 
it by placing the seat belt around it.

MAKE SURE THAT THERE ARE NO TWIST IN THE SEAT BELT

IMPORTANT:

 

When using the child car seat in the front passenger seat, it is most important that the 

vehicle seat is in the upright position.

THE TYPE OF APPROVED SEAT BELT YOU MUST HAVE

Your child seat can only be installed forward facing using a lap and diagonal seat belt in the front or rear 
passenger  seat of the car. (FIG. A)

 WITH BOOSTER CUSHION ONLY

The seat may be cleaned with warm water. Do not use house hold detergents.
Remove the cover from the seat before washing. The cover must be washed by and in warm water. 
Do not tumble dry or iron.

Note:

 Please keep these instructions. You can put these instructions in your vehicle handbook or 

insert these instructions into any gap between the cover and the plastic seat.
