ATTENTION! Instructions and warnings for safe use
Before using the device, read carefully the instructions for use and safety notes
following cautiously the instructions.
Failure, even partial, of the recommendations contained in it may generate malfunction
and/or damage to the device and void the warranty.
Keep this manual for the entire lifetime of the device for consultation. Contact LOWE S.r.l.
in case this manual is difficult to understand or in case of loss.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY
LOWE warrants this product to its customers (pursuant to the Article 128, co. 2, lett. a) of
the Italian legislative decree 6.09.2005, nr. 206, Consumer Code) for the period of two (2)
years from the date of purchase.
To exercise your warranty rights you will have to show a purchase document, attesting the
date of purchase, the product description, model and serial number. In case you bought
it from a retailer, you will have to show a document indicating their name, address and
VAT.
LOWE srl also ensures the availability of spare parts for ten (10) years from the date of
purchase (quality warranty).
When a problem occurs and if it is communicated within the warranty period, LOWE srl will,
at its discretion, replace the product for free.
LOWE srl warrants the device only when used in accordance with the instructions provided
in this manual. The warranty does not cover failures due to improper maintenance,
tampering, use of non original accessories, wear, fall or break of fragile parts, unauthorized
opening of casings, not adequate placement or installation, modification, alteration or
repair by anyone not authorized by LOWE srl, purchase documents and/or serial numbers
unreadable or tampered.
Should it be necessary to return the product, use the original packaging enclosing a
purchase document that certifies the date of the product purchase and a document
indicating the occurred problem. Before shipping the product make sure you have
consulted the manual section "Problems and solutions".
