3.4.2 Adjustment Dart Sensor (Piezo Sensor)
NOTICE
Do not oversensitize!
If the sensor is oversensitive, loud music may result in darts being miscounted. Once the dart sensor is
properly adjusted, it works correctly up to a sound level of 110 dB.
The dart sensor (piezo sensor) potentiometer is
located at the top left corner of the controller board,
directly beneath the piezo connector. It can be
adjusted with a size one cross slot screwdriver.

NOTICE
The test should be run at the site of operation.
1.
Press [TEST] button on the controller board.
tSt
appears in the TEMP SCORE display.
2.
Press [OPTIONS II] button for confirmation.
3.
Press [GAMES] or [OPTIONS I] button until
SEL drt
appears in player 1 – 2 display, and
t09
in the
TEMP SCORE display.
4.
Press [OPTIONS II] button to start the test.
5.
Turn the potentiometer on the controller board anti-clockwise for minimum sensitivity.
Up to 25 complete rotations are possible.
6.
Now turn the potentiometer clockwise in order to increase sensitivity.
7.
Throw darts on all four catching rings. Dart recognition is signaled by a short bleep.
8.
Repeat the test after each clockwise turn of the potentiometer, until the machine detects all darts
thrown in a normal way.
9.
Press [PLAYER CHANGE] button to conclude the test.
