The tilt angle (available on the Z-25 model only) can be adjusted in two ways.

1.  Lay the chair on its side to adjust

the rear telescopic support. Unlock
the spring pull by turning the
knob counterclockwise until it
won’t turn anymore (about 1 ½
turns), then pull.

2.  Adjust the height as desired then

release the pull, ensuring that
it slides into a hole. IMPORTANT:
lock the pull spring by firmly turning
the knob clockwise.

The Z-55 Nomad and Z-25-28 Extra bariatric models are equipped with

gas springs that allow adjustment with a user in the chair. Only the

three starting positions at the base of the gas spring allow a variation

in the type of tilt.

TILT – MODEL Z-25

WARNING: THE CHAIR MUST BE UNOCCUPIED WHEN MAKING THIS

ADJUSTMENT.

3.  For additional adjustment:

disengage the wire retainer from
the locking pin that attaches the
telescopic support to the base
of the chair. While holding the
telescopic support with one hand,
remove the locking pin. Align the
telescopic support with one of the
three holes available in the base of
the chair then reinsert the locking
pin and secure it again with the
wire retainer.
