Observe the use-by dates.

Prior to processing, store the materials at room temperature for at
least 24 h.
•
Prepare the materials according to the manufacturer's data (drilling
fiducials, cleaning, heat treatment, cutting to size, if required,
observing the fiber direction).
4.2.2 Fiducial bores
In order to be able to insert base materials and laminates into the press
mold, they must be provided with long holes (3.0 mm x 5.0 mm). .
4.3 Assembly of a multilayer
The multilayer materials must be assembled for the press process in the
press mold developed especially for the MultiPress S. The press mold
consists of the two aluminum parts with dowel pins. Press sheets and
cushions guarantee an optimum pressure distribution in the press mold.
Tip:
If the individual layers are produced using a circuit board plotter,
the bore data can be integrated in the printed circuit board layout or
made available as independent file.
