8. Care and Maintenance
8.1 Cleaning
Cleaning the surfaces
If required, clean the housing surface with a dry, antistatic cloth. Do not
use cleaning agents.
Cleaning the press mold and the press sheets

To remove any adhesive residues, dust and skin fat deposit that may
be present, clean the press mold and the press sheets prior to each
use with isopropanol or acetone.
8.2 Checking and testing
The MultiPress S and all its components must be checked for any
damage and/or oil leakage prior each use.
Carrying out a visual check
CAUTION
Risk of fire damage and/or short circuits.
Dirt particles and objects entering the MultiPress S can cause fire
damage and/or short circuits.
When cleaning, make sure that no objects or dirt particles enter
the machine.
WARNING
Risk of injury!
Under high pressure standing leaky fittings can solve
uncontrollably. Spouting hydraulic oil can cause eye and skin
injuries.
Switch off the MultiPress S before tightening/loosening the screw
connetion of the hydraulic hose.
