Transferring the software upgrade files to the CPU hard disk
Note:
Upgrading the software on your Access Concentrator system
affects its operation.
This process is shown in Figure 7-1:
Setting Up a Windows FTP Server
If you are using a PC workstation or laptop PC running Windows 3.1,
Windows 95 or higher to upgrade your Access Concentrator system software,
you need to obtain an FTP server software program. If you are running
Windows NT, you can use the FTP server function that is included in this
operating system. For Windows 95, you need to obtain an FTP server
software program, which is available from several Internet web sites,
including:
