Modifying the Main Menu Script Only
If you want to change the main menu script but do not want to change the Selector
Codes or Selector Code Actions, update form 5 or 6 then use the following
instructions:

Access the Administration Main Menu as described in an earlier section.
The system plays the system programming options.
Press [

] for the Automated Attendant.
The system plays the Automated Attendant Administration Menu.
Choose:

] to select the Day Main Menu.
The Menu Definition Options play.

] to select the Night Main Menu.
The Menu Definition Options play.
Press [

] to modify the main menu.
The system prompts your to enter a Selector Code from 1 to 9.
Press [

] to approve all Selector Codes.
The current Timeout Action Option plays, followed by the Timeout Action
Option Menu.
Choose the Dial 0/Timeout Action that defines where the system sends callers
when they enter [

] or do nothing in response to the prompt:

] to accept the current setting.

] for System Operator.
— Press [

] for General Mailbox.
— Press [

] to disconnect.
The system confirms the Dial 0/Timeout Action Option and prompts you
to record the entire main menu script, with:
Record at the tone.
Lift the handset and record the main menu prompt.
Press [

] after recording.
The Message Recording Menu plays.
Choose an option or go to Step 10:

] to re-record the new main menu prompt.

] to playback the new main menu prompt.
