Changing the Class of Service
Each Mailbox is assigned a Class of Service that specifies the type of transfer,
outcalling permission, and the total time in minutes available for messages. When
you change the current assignment, be sure to update Form 1: Voice Mail
Assignments with the new class of service. Then do the following:

Access the Administration Main Menu as described in an earlier section.
The system plays the system programming options.
Press [

] for Mailbox programming.
The Mailbox Administration Menu plays.

] to modify a Mailbox.
The system prompts you to enter a mailbox number.
Enter the MAILBOX (extension) to be modified followed by [

The system prompts you to press [

] to initialize a password.
